Welcome to the personal website for Evonne Hoback, McMinn County Clerk. It is provided to the citizens of McMinn County by Evonne as a public service. No public funds have been used to create or maintain this website. Links to other websites (including government websites) are provided as a courtesy for users.
 
About Our Office

 

This office performs various functions of county business. The duties of the office range from secretary to the County Commission, title and registration, business tax, motel-hotel tax, marriage license, genealogy research, boat and water vessel tax,  beer applications, beer annual tax, mail in renewals for license tags, notary applications, passport applications (by appointment), and Tennessee Manufacturing Housing Installation Decals to conducting a great deal of the State's taxation duties within the county. This office is elected county-wide every 4 years.
 

McMinn Regional Humane Society

The McMinn Regional Humane Society (MRHS), in close cooperation with the City of Athens Animal Shelter, helps provide loving care for thousands of homeless animals every year from the city of Athens and McMinn County. This could not be possible without dedicated MRHS volunteers, wonderful support from the City of Athens Animal Shelter staff and people like you who help support our efforts. Organ Donor Program

Tennessee Donor Services (TDS) is a nonprofit, independent organ and tissue donor network authorized by the federal government to serve 5.5 million people in 84 counties in Tennessee, 10 counties in Virginia, 3 counties in Georgia and 1 county in Kentucky.
TDS is dedicated to supporting families in our community who have lost loved ones by providing an opportunity to donate life through organ, tissue and eye donation.
